FAQ

What are your shipping rates and timelines? 

All orders ship within the United States. Paper prints (framed and unframed) ship within 5-7 business days; canvas framed prints ship within 7-10 business days. Flat-rate shipping is $8.50 on orders under $150; orders of $150 or more ship free. 

Do you offer framing?

Yes. Canvas prints are printed full-bleed for a borderless, gallery-worthy finish in the floater frame. The frame face width is 0.55″ (1.88″ depth). Canvas prints are carefully hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars, then attached to a wood floater frame, and includes foam-core underlay providing structural support and protection. Hanging wire installed. 

Paper prints in wood frames are un-matted, leaving white space between the artwork and the frame for a clean, modern finish. The frame face width for paper prints is 0.875″ (0.875″ depth). Framed paper prints come with kraft paper backing with hanging wire.

Do you offer unframed prints? 

Yes. Archival pigment giclée prints are printed on premium smooth matte fine art paper; heavyweight; bright white, acid-free, and archival.

Do you offer custom sizes and framing?

Yes. Custom sizes are also available—email libby@libbysaylor.com to inquire.

How do you decide which framing option is best for each piece?

Canvas floater frames, printed full bleed, work beautifully across all sizes and suit the majority of pieces — especially bold, graphic, or full-bleed compositions. Framed paper prints are offered as an alternative for select pieces where preserving visible organic or torn edges enhances the work. Some pieces with organic edges are also offered full bleed on canvas, depending on the piece. Unframed paper prints are available in every size for all works, for anyone who prefers to select and install their own frame.

Where are you located and do you work with designers outside of Philadelphia? 

I'm based in the Philadelphia area and work with designers and collectors nationwide. 

Do you offer original works in addition to prints? 

Yes. My original mixed-media collage works on paper area available in my shop. Originals are one-of-a-kind and available unframed. Please email libby@libbysaylor.com to inquire about originals not currently listed in my shop.

My work spans a range of moods—from quiet and ethereal to bold and organic. Pieces range from abstract and semi-abstract to architectural, graphic, nature-inspired, and textural, making them adaptable to a wide range of interior styles including contemporary, minimalist, transitional, bohemian, and rustic.
