Stick Snake is an abstract mixed media collage built from layered paper and photographic fragments — the weathered surface of found wood captured in original 35mm film photography, accented with flashes of saffron yellow, deep forest green, and cool slate grey. The grain and texture of analog film lends a raw, tactile intimacy to the work, grounding its organic form in something ancient and quietly alive.
